About the event
What happens when you combine percussion and rhythm with horses? Join us for this 6 week group and engage and connect with horses in a novel way. Discover the rhythm of healthy connected relationship, healing, and growth.
In this group we will:
- Discuss the importance of rhythm in relationship with ourselves and others
- Explore the ways in which our rhythms influence us and those around us
- Discover ways to create the relationships and interactions we want by intentionally using rhythm and movement
- Learn why rhythm plays such an important role in human development, connection, and healing
- Practice by connecting with horses through rhythm
- Experiment with different rhythm producing instruments like drums, tambourines, and other things all around us and available to us all the time
- Join together to create a group rhythm that connects and supports each individual both inside and outside of the arena
This is an open group, meaning you do not have to commit to the entire 6 weeks to participate. This group will be held on Thursdays at 10:30am -12:00pm beginning February 7. You can register for each day individually or save $50 when you register ahead of time for the entire series.
